We will be returning to the Walnut pub in Stowmarket and welcome one of the brewing team from Burnt Mill. Burnt Mill are located in Stowmarket. The brewer will tell us a little about this modern brewery and also judge our attempts at brewing clones of the popular Session West Coast IPA “Beyond The Firs“, which features a light malt base and selection of modern style hops.

While the Burnt Mill beer challenge will make up the majority of the meeting, there will still be an agenda and an AOB (any other beers) section for anyone wishing to bring along any beers. Please also feel free to make recommendations for any new items of brew kit or brewing books you may have acquired.
