The Shed Festival started in 2010 and is now an annual ACB event. The annual beer festival is usually held on the second or third Saturday in May, at The Victoria Inn, Colchester. This popular event is slowly expanding, now up to 15 beers (11x cask and 4x kegs) selling around 100 tickets.

The event is ticketed and a charity fund raiser, all proceeds go to a chosen charity.

This is a great day and a superb chance for brewers to serve their own beer to ticket holders.

The day comprises of the beer festival, beer tastings and talks, ticket holders vote for their favourite beer and there’s food thrown in.

The Shed Festival is a celebration of local brewing talent. The day is always popular and a lot of effort goes in to making this popular Colchester beer festival as smooth as possible. Enjoy.
