Q4 Beer Challenge – Yeast
The final pillar of beer challenge for Q4 is set to be a yeast challenge.
The Challenge is to brew a beer using Sussex Ale yeast which BrewLab sell in slopes via Malt Miller (maybe also direct?). Brewers to decide what style of beer to brew. Obviously this ties in with the Harvey’s Sussex Best clone presented at the brewery tour.
Harvey’s make an array of beers with their yeast, so can we.
This is not an event to register for, it’s for information only. Take your beer to mid-week or monthly meetings for feedback.
We discussed this at the Essex Saturday meeting and concluded that we should all brew with the Brewlab Sussex1 yeast.
