September 2024 – Essex Meetup

We are returning to the Victoria Inn, Colchester for the monthly Saturday meetup in September 2024. Anyone who knows the pub is aware of the excellent selection of beers (and other drinks) they have to offer, some would say the best in Colchester and who are we to disagree.

Agenda for the day to follow, but there will be a very informative talk on water (although we can’t mention water!) from our very own chemist Alan. If you’ve always wanted to know what buffering is, how to balance your PH and what you can do to make that perfect crisp Pilsner this will be a talk you don’t want to miss.
