Briarbank Brewery Meetup
We will be holding our first meeting in the Suffolk area this year and we are very pleased to say it will be at the Briarbank Brewery and tap room.
“Briarbank Brewing Company is the place to go in Ipswich for a unique, microbrewery to bar, beer experience. Join us for a tour or simply sit back and enjoy an award-winning local craft ale, served in our warm and friendly bar daily“
We will be meeting in their marquee outside and due to relaxed covid restrictions we are not limiting the number of participants to this event (although this may change!).
Although we would ask that if you do wish to bring along a beer for tasting, you limit it to a maximum of two beers (two bottles of each).
If you wish to attend please accept this event and we will send out more details closer to the time.
On holiday. Sorry
Oh September
That’s my lads birthday, so defo can’t make this one. Enjoy.
Sorry double booked that day
In our usual style there will be a “beer challenge”, but seeing as we’ve not given much notice it will be an “amber beer challenge”. Bring whatever beer you wish as long it can loosely be described as “amber”…now what have I got I can bring along?
Briarbank Heads up for Saturday….bring your Amber coloured beers for the “Challenge”. Loose agenda but we would like to hear about what brewing gadgets you’ve been “forced” to buy whilst incarcerated in your homes and what you think of them. Also up for discussion would be the ongoing organisation of the Suffolk ACB chapter which I guess may feed in to some loose talk about the ACB on a wider basis which could perhaps be expanded upon in the Norwich meeting in October and then perhaps formalised more at an AGM. Bring any beers you want if you have any problems with them and need some guidance. Feel free to raise any other topics you wish to talk about.
