Shed Brewers Festival 2026 – May 16th 2026

The annual Shed Brewers Festival is back for 2025! Join us for another enjoyable afternoon filled with beer, great conversation, and delicious food, all set in the charming surroundings of the Victoria Inn Colchester.

Sticking to our tried-and-true formula, the day will follow a similar format to previous years, with a few exciting surprises to make this year’s brewers easier to spot!.

Beers

There will be at least 15x beers brewed by brewers from all over the region available for tasting, on purchasing a ticket you will receive a ‘Beer Card’ that will give you a set amount of beer you can taste during the day (full ticket details still to be announced).

Food

There will be food available throughout the afternoon and of course some excellent beers, wines, spirits, and nuts available to purchase from the main bar.

Activities

Beyond sampling beers we will also be running our legendary tasting sessions, you will be guided through some beers on offer by certified BJCP beer judges. These will run throughout the afternoon on a first come first served basis, more details and how to put your name down will be published on the day.

Tickets

Tickets we be available directly via the Victoria Inn in the coming weeks, this page will be updated as soon as tickets become available.

This does not mean you are unable to attend without a ticket, you are more than welcome to come along for a chat to the brewers and enjoy the beers on offer at the pub, but you will need a ticket and beer card to get served from the festival beers.

There will be a limited number of tickets, so don’t delay when they become available.

Charity

As in previous years, all proceeds from the day will go to charity. This year’s event is a no-brainer, we’ll be donating to the Vic’s Roof Renovations cause.
