Q1 Beer Challenge – Water

The first pillar of beer challenge for Q1 is set to be a water challenge. The Challenge is to brew a pale beer with 100% your own local water. No RO/Di diliutions allowed. You choose how to treat your water in any other way. Pre-boiling the liquor, CRS or other acids, Lactic etc. Slaked Lime etc. the world is your oyster. Read and research how to present the best pale possible with our hard as rock tap water.

This is not an even to register for, it’s for information only. Take your beer to mid-week or monthly meetings for feedback.
